鸡大肠杆菌(O_(50))菌毛抗原气雾免疫和菌毛油乳苗皮下免疫效果比较研究

Comparison of Immune Effect of Avian Escherichia coli Pili Antigen Solution Spray Vaccination and Oil emulsion Vaccine Subcutaneous Injection

比较了鸡大肠杆菌 (O50 )菌毛抗原液气雾免疫与菌毛油乳苗皮下免疫的效果。油乳剂疫苗皮下免疫与菌毛液气雾免疫攻毒后的发病率分别是 1 3.33%和 2 0 %,病变差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而阳性对照组攻毒发病率为 80 %,病变差异显著。结果表明 ,鸡大肠杆菌菌毛液气雾免疫与菌毛油乳剂疫苗皮下注射免疫效果接近。

The immune effect of avian Escherichia coli (O 50 ) pili antigen solution and pili oil emulsion vaccine subcutaneous injection was compared. Mortality of day old chicks tested with injection and day old chicks treated with spray vaccination with pili liquid were 13.33% and 20% respectively. No significant lesion difference existed between them. Mortality of positive control group were 80%.There was significant lesion difference between the positive control group and the immune group. The results showed that the immune effect of pili antigen spray vaccination was comparable to that of pili oil emulsion vaccine.
