摘要
为了达到国土二调数据成果的共享与全国性无缝拼接、做到不重不漏,国土资源部要求各地的二调成果库统一在1980西安坐标系下,因此,不同坐标系统坐标转换的问题也突显出来。目前,解决空间直角坐标的基准转换问题主要采用七参数法,但是这种方法存在精度低且不均等的问题。本文通过对云南某地原始数据的处理及分析比较,探讨利用九参数法提高坐标转换精度的可能性,对测量工作的发展具有非常重要的意义。
In order to achieve the data sharing of second investigation of national land, the ministry of land and resources of China re- quires the integration of the second investigation result under 1980 Xi'an coordinate system. Therefore, the problems of coordinate conversion arise. Currently the method of seven parameters is the main way to resolve datum conversion of spatial rectangular coordi- nates, while this method has low accuracy. The paper analyses and compares the original data of Yunnan and discusses the possibility of nine parameters to improve the coordinate conversion accuracy, which is of great significance for the development of surveying and mapping.
