从动机理论透析学生课堂参与现状

摘要 从学生课堂参与的现状,不难看出影响参与的因素有很多,不仅包含学生自身认知结构和内在需要,而且也取决于教师教学过程中所创设的外部条件,是否适合学生的发展需要,是否推动学生的主动参与等一系列问题。为此文章将重点从动机理论来重新审视学生课堂参与的现状,从而给教师和学生提供更科学、系统的参考性价值。 From the point of the current situation of the students' classroom participation, it is not hard to see that there are many factors influence participation, which not only involves the cognitive structure and internal needs of students, but also depends on a series of problems; such as the external unditions created in the process of teaching is suitable for the needs of student's development or it can promoto the active participation of students. This paper will focus on students' current situation of the class participation from the motivation theory in order to provide more scientific and systematic reference value for teachers and students.
