摘要
文章采用文献资料法、法理论证和案例分析等研究方法,从形象权概念出发,探讨了运动员形象权的概念、内容、价值形成的基础,对运动员尤其是著名运动员形象权价值的实现形式进行了分析和归纳,并且对其存在的问题提出了一些建议。
The methods of literature, jurisprudential demonstration and case analysis are used in this paper. Starting from the concept of the right of publicity, it discusses the concept, content and the basis of value development of the athletes' right of publicity. And it then analyzes and summarizes the methods of value development of the famous athletes'. At last, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to settle the existing problems.
