高职院校教科研激励机制研究

On Incentive Mechanism of Scientific Research in Higher Vocational Colleges

科学研究是高职院校的重要职能之一,但是,由于我国高职科研基础较弱,教科研激励机制不健全等问题的出现,导致高职院校教师从事教科研工作积极性不高。本文分析了高职院校科研激励机制存在的主要问题,并提出从目标激励、项目管理激励、教科研成果激励三个方面,构建高职院校教科研激励机制。

Scientific Research plays an important role in higher vocational colleges. Due to the weak foundation and deficiencies of incentive mechanism teachers havn＇t been highly motivated in scientific research. The paper analyzes main problems of incentive mechanism of scientific research in higher vocational colleges to introduce the way of building incentive mechanism of scientific research in higher vocational colleges from goal motivation, project management motivation and achievement motivation of scientific research.
