高职院校酒店管理专业学生顶岗实习过程与质量监控

Internship Management of Hotel Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校酒店管理专业学生的顶岗实习是该专业职业教育培养的重要环节,顶岗实习质量的优劣将直接影响到该专业的人才培养目标的实现。目前,高职学生顶岗实习管理中的漏洞还比较多,问题比较突出,对实习过程和质量进行监控将有助于改善高职学生顶岗实习的管理工作。本文提出了该专业学生在实习前、实习期间以及实习后的评价,指出实习过程与质量监控的必要性,并对相关环节工作做了初步探索。

Internship of hotel management specialty is an important part in vocational education. The quality of internship management directly impacts the fulfillment of talent cultivation in the specialty. Quality and internship process supervision are conductive to solve problems arising out of internship management. The author explores how to evaluate three periods of before internship, during internship and after internship to illustrate the importance of quality and process supervision.
