Analysis on Administrative Organization Structure and Operation Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校建立合理高效的行政管理组织架构和运行机制是实现其战略目标的根本保证。根据现代人力资源理论,笔者认为,高职院校要建立高效合理的组织架构和运行机制,应该遵循以下原则:战略目标原则、有效性原则、分工协作原则、责权一致原则、稳定与调整相结合的原则、精干高效原则。

AbaCa＇act： To establish a reasonable and efficient administrative management organization structure and operation mechanism is the fundamental guarantee to realize strategic targets of higher vocational colleges. Through investigation and research of higher vocational colleges, also the theory of modem human resources, the author proposes the following principles in higher vocational colleges to establish efficient and reasonable organizational structure and operational mechanism, namely, the principle of strategic objectives, effectiveness principle, the principle of division of labor cooperation, the principle of consistence in liability, the principle of combining stability and adjustment, the principle of highly efficience.
