摘要
在学前教育的普及工作中,城镇与农村因其资源与条件的差异,工作的重点和难点均有所不同。根据公平的差别原则,需对弱势群体进行适当的倾斜和补偿:在城镇中关注民办幼儿园的发展和进城务工人员随迁子女的教育问题;在农村中加大财政投入力度,重点发展公办幼儿园,合理利用各项资源,并保障幼儿教师的地位和待遇。以此来实现学前教育领域事实上的公平。
In the popularity of preschool education, urban and rural areas have different focus and difficult points because of their difference in resources and conditions. According to the principle of fair difference, we should give appropriate tilt and compensation to the vulnerable groups: to pay close attention to the development of private kindergartens in town, and the education of the children of migrant workers; to increase financial investment in the rural areas, to strengthen the development of public kindergartens, to rationally use different resources and to ensure the status and treatment of early childhood teachers. In this way, equality in preshcool education can be achieved.
