摘要
[目的]调查社区护士自我效能感及工作满意度,分析社区护士自我效能感和工作满意度现状及二者间的相关性。[方法]采用自我效能感量表和工作满意度量表对社区护士进行问卷调查。[结果]共调查社区护士146名;社区护士自我效能感低于常模(P<0.01),工作满意度中除"与同事关系"外均高于临床护士常模,自我效能感与工作满意度呈显著相关(P<0.05)。[结论]社区护理管理者应高度重视对社区护士自我效能感的培养,唤起正性情绪,加强沟通技能的培养,以全面提高其工作满意度。
Objective:To investigate the self-efficacy and job satisfaction of community nurses and analyze the status quo and correlation between them. Methods: The self - efficacy scale and job satisfaction scale were used for questionnaire of community nurses. Results: A total of 146 community nurses were investigated; self- efficacy of community nurses was lower than the norm (P〈0.01),job satisfaction except"relationship with colleagues"was higher than the clinical nurse norm, self - efficacy was significantly correlation with job satisfaction (P〈 0. 05). Conclu- sion:community care managers should attach great importance to the community nurses' self- efficacy training, evoke positive emotions and strengthen communication skills training, so as to improve their overall job satisfaction.
