摘要
本文介绍了镍—不锈钢爆炸复合板的轧制过程和检验结果。指出,用本文提供的工艺参数,可获得良好组织、性能、一定面积和小厚度的复合板。统计表明,轧制后,镍和不锈钢层的厚度比基本不变。检验表明,该轧制态复合板主要力学性能与对应状态下不锈钢的相当。实践证明,爆炸焊接与轧制的联合是制造大面积复合板、提高生产效率和获取更多经济效益的必经之路,也是研究爆炸焊接理论和实践的重要依据。
This paper describes the rolling process and the test results. With the given data, the composite sheet with larger size and smaller thickness as well as excellent micrcstructures and properties can be obtained. According to the statistics, the relative thickness of Ni layer to the stainless steel layer will remain almost unchanged. In fact, the combination of explosive welding and rolling is the only way to produce composite sheets with larger size and raise the efficiency so as to get more commercial profits. It's also a major subject on the theory and practice of explosive welding.
