摘要
利用等效元件构建的等效电路是解析染料敏化太阳电池(DSC)体系中多界面反应阻抗谱和分析其内部动力学过程的重要手段。本研究基于DSC相与相间的多界面结构特性构建了一个多界面等效电路,借助Zview软件在宽范围内对DSC等效电路中常相角元件(CPE),直接或间接包含CPE的传输线元件(DX)和Nernst扩散阻抗元件(WS)中指数的性质、频响特性以及对整个DSC阻抗谱和动力学过程的影响进行了详细的模拟研究。结果表明:TCO/TiO2接触界面指数没有对DSC阻抗造成明显的影响,而TCO/EL界面、EL/Pt-TCO界面、DX传输线元件以及电解液中离子扩散阻抗WS的指数改变会造成等效元件性能的变化并对DSC电荷传输和转移动力学过程产生影响。
Equivalent circuit constructed by equivalent elements is an important way that used to investigate the impedance spectroscopy and analysis internal dynamics of the multi-interface reaction in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC). A muhi-interface equivalent circuit is proposed based on the characteristics of multi-interface between two phases inside DSC. Moreover, the Zview software have been used to simulate the nature and frequency response characteristics of the index in equivalent circuit element, like the constant phase elements (CPE), the transmission line elements (DX) and the Nernst diffusion impedance elements (Ws) which is directly or indirectly including CPE, as well as effect on entire impedance spectroscopy and kinetic processes of DSC in the range of wide frequency. The results show that the change of the elements index values not only influence the performance of equivalent elements but also produce different degrees effect on the charge transport and transfer dynamics in different frequency regions of impedance spectroscopy.
