摘要
目的研究肺经草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和1H-NMR及13C-NMR波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从肺经草的正丁醇提取部位中分离了6个化合物,分别为:daucosterol(Ⅰ)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、5-羟基-7,3′,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅲ)、n-Butyl-D-fructofuranoside(Ⅳ)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(Ⅴ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(Ⅵ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Feijingcao. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, their struc- tures were determined using spectroscopic analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated and identi- fied as daucosterol (I), Apigenin-7-O -β-D-glucoside (1I), 5-hydroxy-7, 3", 4"-methoxy flavone (m), n-Butyl-D-fructofuranoside (IV), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde (V), 3,4-dihydroxy ben- zaldehyde(VI). Conclusion All compounds were isolated from Feiiingcao for tb,~ first time.
