摘要
低聚壳聚糖作为甲壳素、壳聚糖的高级产品,具有水溶性好、生物活性高等特点,文章陈结合近年来对低聚壳聚糖的相关研究,对其生物学活性及其在畜禽生产中的应用作以综述。
As senior product of chitin and chitosan, oligo-chitosan has good water solubility, high biological ac- tivity salient features. Through a combination of recent research on the chitosan, This paper reviewed the biological ac- tivity and application in animal production.
