On the Imperfection and Perfecting Suggestions for Food Safety Law

本文章分析了《食品安全法》中有关食品安全监管体制、食品安全及相关用语含义、食品安全监管、法律责任等方面存在的主要缺陷,并在此基础上从建立健全统一高效的食品安全监管体制、全面科学解释食品安全相关用语、提高法律的可操作性、完善法律责任体系等方面提出相应对策。

After analyzing the main imperfection in Food Safety Law from the aspects of food safety regulato- ry system, food safety and the meaning of related terms, food safety supervision, and legal liability, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures： to establish a unified and efficient food safety regulatory system; to explain related terms on food safety comprehensively and scientifically; to improve the maneuverability of laws; to perfect the legal liability system, etc..
