道路交通事故所造成的人生伤亡已成为全社会普遍关注的重要问题。为提高公安交通管理部门现场勘查工作的科学性与公正性以及侦破交通肇事逃逸案件的时效性和准确性,本文建议,应系统全面地对道路交通事故所造成的人体特征性损伤进行科学的归纳与研究。

Casualties caused by road accidents have become an important issue of common concern of the whole society. So in order to improve the scientificity and impartiality in the crime scene surveying work of the traffic administrative department of the public security, and the speed and accuracy in detecting hit-and-run cases, a systematic, comprehensive and scientific study and conclusion should be made on human body＇s characteris- tics injuries caused by road traffic accidents.
