外伤性眶壁骨折的法医学鉴定分析

Forensic Medical Appraisal Analysis of Traumatic Orbital Fracture

本文选取笔者所在单位2012年2月至2013年3月期间的外伤性眶壁骨折案例56例作为观察对象,对其法医学鉴定情况进行了回顾性分析,认为外伤性眶壁骨折的法医学鉴定不仅要依靠CT等医疗技术,更要有效结合骨折周边组织反应、受伤经过、既往病史以及先天畸形等相关因素,不能单纯依靠影像学资料来决定鉴定结果。

To analyze the basis of forensic medicine appraisal and the diagnosis of traumatic orbital fracture, in this article, the author selects 56 cases of traumatic orbital fracture from February 2012 to March 2012 collect- ed in his working place as the observation object of this research, and makes a retrospective analysis on the forensic medicine appraisal. Based on the analysis, the author argues that in order to avoid relying on imaging da- ta to determine the appraisal results, forensic medical appraisal of traumatic should not only rely on medical technology such as computed tomography （CT）, but also combine with some other factors such as fracture surrounding tissue response, injury history, past medical history, and congenital malformation, etc..
