摘要
本文研究了用于磨机衬板的85Cr2MnMo铸钢的热处理工艺和显微组织对力学性能和磨料磨损性的影响,探讨了钢的显微组织和磨料磨损性的关系。结果表明,经860℃淬火,500—550℃回火的85Cr2MnMo铸钢具有优良的性能。在两体磨料磨损条件下,珠光体钢的耐磨性比索氏体钢好,而在三体磨料磨损条件下,则相反。
The influence of heat treatment and microstructure of 85Cr2-MnMo cast steel for grinding mill liners on the mechanical properties and abrasion resistance was studied The relationship was discussed between its microstructure and abrasion resistance. The results show that 85Cr2MnMo cast steel quenched from 860℃ and tempered at 500-550℃ has superior properties. Under the condition of two-body abrasion, the abrasive wear of pearlitic steels is better than that of sorbite steel, white under the condition of three-body abrasion, the reverse is true.
