摘要
论文提出了实施配电网智能AVC实用方法,以转变配电网发展方式。提出了配电网智能AVC的若干特征。并认为对配电线路进行全无功补偿是真正实现配电网智能AVC的必要条件,而使用全无功随器补偿技术是实现配电网AVC的最有效途径。
In this paper, the practical method on implementing AVC of distribution network in aim of changing development mode of distribution network is proposed. Many features of intelligent AVC of distribution network are introduced. It is thought that complete reactive power compensation of distri-bution line is the necessary condition to realize intelligent AVC of distribution network. And use the technology of reactive power compensation with device is the most effective way to realize AVC of distribution network.
