华北两系杂交粳稻优势生态型初步研究 被引量:8

摘要 以 4个光 (温 )敏核不育系培矮 6 4 s、N4 2 2 s、10 8s、L S2 s分别与 12个生态型材料配组 ,对 F1进行产量及产量构成因素的分析。结果发现 ,培矮 6 4 s与爪哇稻、华北育成粳、韩国地方粳、韩国育成粳、南方育成粳、东北育成粳、东北地方粳等为强优势配对模式 ;南方地方籼、光壳稻、华北地方粳、新株型籼稻、南方育成籼、华北育成粳等为 N4 2 2 s的优势生态型 ;南方地方籼、华北地方粳、韩国地方粳、新株型籼稻等是 10 8s的优势生态型 ;L S2 s与爪哇稻、华北地方粳、华北育成粳等配组优势较强。探讨了水稻优势生态型的筛选问题和这 4个不育系及这 12个不同生态型材料在北方两系杂交粳稻中的应用。认为培矮 6 4 s、N4 2 2 s、10 8s这 3个不育系具有较好的广亲和性和配合力 ,在华北两系杂交粳稻育种中有一定的利用价值 ;L S2 s不具备广亲和性 ,配合力也较差 ,在育种中可间接利用其大粒的优势。华北粳是 4个不育系的优势生态型 ,因此在水稻优势生态型的研究中 。 Four photoperiod (themo ) sensitive genic male sterile rice lines, pei'ai64s,N422s,108s,LS2s were crossed with 12 ecotypes of Asian cultivated rice to select heterotic ecotypes of two line japonica hybrid rice in north China based on the analysis of F 1s' yield. The results showed that javanica ecotype, north China ecotype of improved varieties, Korea ecotype (including local and improved varieties), south China ecotype of improved varieties, northeast China ecotype (including local and improved varieties) in japonica subspecies were heterotic ecotypes of pei'ai64s; South China ecotype (including local and improved indica varieties), nuda ecotype, north China ecotype (including local and improved japonica varieties) ,new plant type indica and so on were heterotic ecotypes of N422s;South China ecotype of local indica varieties, north China ecotype of local japonica varieties, Korea ecotype of local japonica varieties, new plant type indica were heterotic ecotypes of 108s;The F 1 s between LS2s and javanica ecotype and north China ecotype (including local and improved japonica varieties) had more significant heterosis than others. The selection of heterotic ecotype of rice and application of the 4 sterile lines and the 12 ecotypes in the breeding program of two line japonica hybrid rice in northern China were discussed. The experiment suggested that pei'ai64s, N422s, 108s were of better wide compatibility and better combining ability while LS2s was poor in wide compatibility and combining ability. It is suggested that the local restorer lines and sterile lines are worth being paid more attention when investigating heterotic ecotype of rice.
