食用菌是一种味道鲜美,口感脆嫩,营养丰富并兼具食疗价值的天然食品,由于食用菌的营养价值日益受到重视,造就了食用菌产业蒸蒸日上的态势,本文立足当地农村剩余劳动力较多,高原反季节这一优势,从互助县食用菌的发展现状,发展前景,发展思路等方面进行了探讨,以供本地区发展食用菌产业作参考。
