摘要
目前我国公共卫生事业发展滞后于经济和其他社会事业发展,公共卫生建设现状与人民日益增长的健康需求不适应的矛盾还相当突出。从公共治理理论的视角,探讨了公共卫生体系与社会互动的机制及其社会文化的影响,提出了构建可持续发展的公共卫生运行机制,以期达到基本公共卫生服务的有序开展和可持续性。
China＇s public health development lags behind economic and other social businesses so far. The contradiction between the present condition of public health and people＇s increasing health demand is quite conspicuous. From the perspective of public management theory, it studies the mechanism of public health system, its interaction with society and its socio-cultural influences. It proposes to construct sustainable development of public health mechanism to reach the aim of the ordered development and sustainability of basic public health services.
