江苏省社区卫生服务影响因素的灰色关联分析

Grey Relational Analysis on Influential Factors of Community Health Services in Jiangsu

目的找出影响江苏省社区卫生服务发展的关键因素。方法将江苏省社区卫生服务看作一个灰色系统,选取诊疗人次为反映系统行为的特征指标,同时选取5个主要影响系统发展的因素:社区卫生服务中心(站)机构数量、执业(助理)医师数、城镇职工基本医疗保险参保人数、城镇居民基本医疗保险参保人数和城镇居民家庭人均可支配收入。采用灰色关联分析法,分析上述5个因素对系统特征指标的影响程度。结果上述5个因素的灰色关联度依次为0.52、0.76、0.74、0.70和0.64。结论执业(助理)医师的数量是影响江苏省社区卫生服务发展的关键因素。

OBJECTIVE To identify key factors affecting the development of community health service in Jiangsu. METHOD Will Jiangsu Province community health service as a a grey system, select clinic passengers for reflect system acts of features indicators, while select 5 main effect system development of factors ： community health service center（ station） institutions number, practice industry（ Assistant） physician number, and town workers basic medical insurance parameter insurance number, town residents basic medical insurance parameter insurance number and town residents family per capita can dominate income. By grey relativity analysis method, analysis of the 5 degree of influence factors on the characteristics of system. RESULTS The five degrees of the factors in are 0.52, 0.76, 0.74, 0.70 and 0.64. CONCLUSION Practice（assistant） is the key factors affecting the development of community health service in Jiangsu Province.
