上海市社区儿童健康体检工作的现状与思考

Current Status and Thinking about Child Health Examination in Community of Shanghai City

儿童健康体检是社区卫生服务工作的重要内容之一,定期对儿童进行健康体检可以帮助父母及时发现孩子在成长过程中出现的各种健康问题,做到早发现、早干预和早治疗,儿童健康体检对儿童早期健康和生长发育能起到保护和促进作用。对上海市社区卫生服务中心儿童健康体检工作现状进行综述,期望以此促进国内儿童健康体检工作的规范运行,以更好地开展儿童健康体检工作,促进基层儿童保健工作的发展。

Child health examination is an important part of community health services. Periodic health examination and help the children＇s parents timely find out the children＇s health problems during their growth and development, and provide evidence for early detection, early intervention and treatment. Child health examination and help to protect and promote the children＇s early-stage health, as well as their growth and development, while development of a set of entire technical guidelines and scientific quality-control system would be a prerequisite to child health examination. It describes the current status of child health examination in the community health service center of Shanghai, with the aims of promote the standard operation of the child health examination in China, so as to facilitate the development of grass-root child healthcare.
