血清降钙素原在儿童哮喘急性发作时抗生素选择的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及外周血白细胞(WBC)三者对儿童支气管哮喘急性发作抗生素选择的应用价值。方法选取确诊为支气管哮喘的患儿114例进行PCT、CRP、WBC检查,将阳性结果与最终明确诊断为细菌感染的患儿间结果差异进行对比分析。结果最终明确细菌感染46例。PCT阳性41例,细菌感染率100%,细菌检出率89.1%;CRP阳性67例,细菌感染43例,细菌感染率64.1%,检出率93.5%;WBC阳性56例,细菌感染38例,细菌感染率67.9%,检出率82.6%。三组细菌检出率卡方检验差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 PCT、CRP、WBC均可作为确定细菌感染诊断的指标,PCT在敏感性及特异性方面均优于CRP及WBC。
