天然芸苔素对杂交水稻幼苗生长和光合作用的影响

The Effect of Natural Brassinolide on the Growth and Photosynthesis in the Seedlings of Hybrid Rice

在杂交水稻博优 1 2 2幼苗三叶期施用不同浓度的天然芸苔素和营养液 (N、P、K、Si等 ) ,结果表明 ,0 .1～ 0 .3mg/L的天然芸苔素溶液对杂交水稻幼苗的叶绿素含量、叶龄、叶面积、株高、光合速率和植株干重分别增加为 1 8%、31 %、39%、1 9%、38%和 38%。

Hybrid rice Boyou 122 seedlings in the third leaf stage were treated with natural brassinolide and nutrient solution(N,P,K,Si etc).The results showed that the chlorophyll content,leaf age,leaf area,plant height,photosynthetic rate and dry matter weight were increased by 18%,31%,39%,19%,38% and 38% respectivily.The effects were better when natural brassinolide and nutrient solution were used together.
