摘要
结合航天制造企业现状及首航公司的实际情况,提出了MES的整体设计思想,并以实施JobDISPO MES为例,对MES的关键技术进行了分析与研究。完成了MES的前期建设,实现了MES与其他系统的集成,突破了实施MES的关键技术,解决了车间现场任务计划的下达和反馈问题,打通了以生产计划为核心的数字化链路,为实现车间现场数字化奠定了重要基础,对其他航天制造企业实施MES具有借鉴意义。
The paper presented the overall design idea of MES combined with the present situation of aerospace manu- facturing enterprises and the actual situation of the company. Taking JobDISPO MES of our company as an example, the key technology of MES was analyzed and studied, the earlier stage construction of MES was already finished, the integration of MES with other system was realized, which broke through the key technology of implementing MES, solved the shop floor task scheduler issued, feedback problems, went through the digital link taking production planning as the core, which laid an important foundation for the digital implementation of shop, and provided big value for aerospace enterprises imple menting MES.
