摘要
为满足科研与生产试验过程中对雷管压力机小型化和压合少量化的需求,设计了一种两柱式且增压气缸全气动的小型压力机。该机有别于传统雷管装填生产线所用的四柱式压力机,具有体积小巧、占用空间小和操作维护简单的特点,实现了一次压合5发雷管的功能,可有效减少在制品药量,保证人员的安全。
To meet the demands of detonator presses miniaturization and less quantitative in detonator scientific research and production testing, the detonator presses design adopted the two pillars equipment and gas-liquid pressurized cylinder. This machine is different from the traditional four-post presses the detonator filling production line use, the design has the advantages of small size, small occupied space, simple operation and maintenance features, achieves 5 detonator per times press function, and can effectively reduce work-in-process quantity, so ensured the safety of personnel.
