摘要
振动时效消除残余应力是采用机械方法调整残余应力的一种工艺,其中频谱谐波振动时效技术通过对工件进行频谱分析,优选出对消除工件残余应力效果最佳的5种不同振型的谐波频率进行时效处理,达到多维消除残余应力和提高尺寸精度稳定性的目的。本文应用频谱谐波技术对旋挖钻机的桅杆进行了振动时效处理,并采用盲孔应力释放法测试了工件振动时效前后的残余应力。结果表明,频谱谐波振动时效技术能够有效降低并均化桅杆的残余应力,可广泛用于大型焊接构件的消除残余应力处理。
Vibratory stress relief process is one way to release the internal stress by mechanical method. Based on this process, harmonic frequency spectrum vibratory stress relief (VSR) system has been developed to diminish the internal stress in different directions and improve the stability of industrial part dimensions by optimizing 5 different vibration modes with frequency spectrum analysis system. In this paper, harmonic frequency spectrum VSR has been applied to treat the ro- tary drilling rig's mast. Meanwhile, the residual stress in the mast before and after the treatment had been characterized by blind-ole method. The results showed that the residual stress in the welded mast has been diminished and homogenized sig nificantly, which indicates that the harmonic frequency spectrum VSR system can be effectively to treat large scale welding part.
