关中城市群城际铁路建设发展战略研究

Study on Development Strategies of Inter-city Railway Construction in Guanzhong Urban Agglomeration

在阐述关中城市群发展概况,分析城市群空间特点及客流构成的基础上,研究确定城际铁路网规划建设方案和线网规模,根据关中城市群"一轴一环三走廊"空间发展格局及客流主通道,研究以西安为中心,以宝鸡—西安—渭南为主轴,覆盖整个关中城市群的"辐射+环"状城际铁路路网结构的规划方案,提出线网规模和实施重大项目的建设时机等战略决策。

Based on expounding development status of Guanzhong urban agglomeration and analyzing the space characteristics and passenger flow composition of urban agglomeration, the construction program of inter-city railway network and its network scale were studied and defined. According to the space development pattern of ＂one axis, one loop line and three corridors＂ in Guanzhong urban agglomeration and its main corridors of passenger flow, the plan of inter-city railway network with ＂radiation ＋ loop＂ structure covering whole Guanzhong urban agglomeration was studied by taking Xi＇an as center and Baoji-Xi＇an-Weinan as main axis. This paper also puts forward strategy decisions on the railway network scale and the construction opportunity of implementing key projects.
