提高怀化铁路枢纽运输组织效率的对策

Countermeasures on Increasing Transport Organization Efficiency of Huaihua Railway Hub

在概述怀化铁路枢纽现状的基础上,针对站场设备、机务、车辆、维修、车站作业组织和调度指挥等方面存在的问题,提出加强站区联劳协作,实施一体化管理;加强车站运输组织,提高作业效率;加强卸车组织,减少重车积压;加强调度指挥,缓解枢纽压力;优化机车运用,缓解机班不足矛盾;优化列检作业组织,压缩列车技检时间;实施扩能改造,提升运输能力等提高怀化铁路枢纽运输组织效率的对策。

Based on outlining the status of Huaihua railway hub, targeting with the problems existing in equipments of station yard, locomotives, rolling stocks, maintenance, station operation organization and traffic control command, this paper puts forward the countermeasures on increasing transport organization efficiency of Huaihua railway hub, such as strengthening cooperation in station area and implementing integration management; enhancing station transport organization and increasing operation efficiency; enhancing unloading organization and reducing overstocks of loaded cars; enhancing traffic control command and releasing hub stress; optimizing locomotive utilization and releasing the contradiction of deficient locomotives; optimizing train technical inspection organization and shortening the technical inspection time; implementing capacity expansion and reconstruction and increasing transport capacity.
