摘要
随着我国高速铁路逐步成网,对高速铁路商业资源的充分利用和开发提出新的要求。在分析铁路商业经营规划理念的基础上,通过探讨高速铁路商业资源具有的互动性、可达性、集聚性、成网化特点,提出经营品牌、提升品质,统筹规划、优化经营,强强联合、规模经营,专业管理、科学运作等高速铁路商业经营实施策略,以及高速铁路广告经营和车站商业经营模式建议。
Following with the high-speed railway gradually forming network, new requirements were put forward on full-use and development of high-speed railway business resource. Based on analyzing the concept of railway business operation and planning, through discussing the interactivity, accessibility, integration and network characteristics of the high-speed railway business resource, this paper puts forward the implementation strategies on high-speed railway business operation, such as brand operation, quality increasing, integrative planning, optimized operation, cooperation together, operation in scale, special management and scientific operation. The paper also puts forward suggestions on advertisement operation of high-speed railways and business operation mode of stations.
