摘要
对点燃式发动机稀燃速燃进行了深入的理论探讨 ,指出了点燃式发动机实现稀燃速燃的主要途径。在此基础上 ,开发出点燃式发动机快速燃烧系统 ,进行了快速压缩膨胀机模拟试验及实机运行试验。结果表明
Improvements of a spark ignited engine on its energy efficiency and pollutant emissions can be achieved by increasing compression ratio of engine and executing lean burning. However, increasing compression ratio is limited by knocking of spark ignited engine, and lean burning may decrease the burning speed, and influence the burning stabilization of spark ignited engine accordingly. Fast burning technique can speed the burning, thereby solve the above questions. In this paper, the lean and fast burn theory and technology in a spark ignited engine were discussed in detail. The main ways of applying lean and fast burn technique was proposed. In addition, the fast burning combustion chamber for a spark ignited engine which was developed by the author was introduced. The results of simulated test by fast compress and expand machine and running experiments in a real engine show that this new combustion system has good effect on improving reliability and efficiency of biogas engines. The studies in this paper supply the scientific and experimental basis for lean and fast burn applications in spark ignited engines.
