Study on Matching Technique of Tractor mounted Sprinkler Irrigation Machine

对拖拉机悬挂式喷灌机的配套理论进行了系统研究和分析 ,提出了配套参数的计算方法及计算过程。在此基础上 ,以单台机组为基础 ,提出了配套机组系列参数计算方法 ,并在东方红 80 2型拖拉机配套的悬挂式喷灌机设计与研制中得到应用。初步证明 ,提出的理论和计算过程能解决该机组的配套问题。

Tractor mounted sprinkler irrigation machine is composed of tractor, speeder, pump and sprinkler. In this paper, the matching theory of this kind of machine was analyzed and studied and a method as well as its computing program were given for calculating matching parameters. On the basis of a single machine, the matching theory of a series of sprinkler irrigation machines was analyzed and applied to calculate the matching parameters of a DongFangHong 802 model tractor. The results proved that the proposed theory and calculating procedure can be used to solve such matching problem and have already been adopted by some manufactures.
