现代微格教学系统设计的理论探讨

Theoretical Study on Design Modern Microteaching System

微格教学是教师或准教师教学技能改进的主要途径,微格教学系统设计是保障微格教学的重要环节。与传统微格教学系统相比,基于云计算平台的数字化微格教学系统,更加有助于提高教师教学技能训练的效率。本文结合闽南师范大学微格教学系统实例论述了现代微格教学系统软、硬件设计及相关理论的支持,其目的是提高微格教学效率,为广大教育科研人员进行微格教学系统建设提供理论参考。

Micro-teaching is the main way for teachers or prospective teachers to improve teaching skills ,and micro-teach-ing system design is an important part of micro -teaching.Compared with traditional micro -teaching systems, Digital micro -teaching system with cloud-based computing platform is more conducive to improve the efficiency of teachers ’ teaching skills. Through discussing the modern digital micro-teaching system software and hardware design and relevant theoretic support which combines with Minnan Normal University’s Micro-teaching System, this paper aims to improve the efficiency of micro -teaching and to provide theoretical reference for wide Educational researchers to study the construction of Microteaching System .
