Integrated optimization of high-precision placement machines based on genetic algorithm

摘要 文章针对美国环球仪器公司研发的双拱架高速度和高精度贴片机,研究关于其喂料器的位置分配和元器件的贴装顺序问题,引入适当的0~1决策变量,提出一类控制循环贴装的新型约束条件和一组保证模型所得解即为原优化问题可行解的充分必要条件,建立准确、简洁的数学优化模型,利用遗传算法求出优化方案。通过计算机模拟验证了集成优化的有效性,将遗传算法和模拟退火算法的实验结果进行比较和分析,表明了遗传算法的优势。 This paper studies the optimization of the feeder permutation and the component sequencing of the high-speed high-precision placement machine developed by American Universal Instruments Corporation. By introducing appropriate 0-1 decision variables, a new type of constraint condition a- bout cyclic placement process and a necessary and sufficient condition which can generate a feasible so- lution of original problem from any solution of the mathematical model are put forward. A precise and concise mathematical optimization model is established, and then the optimization scheme is obtained by using the genetic algorithm. The effectiveness of the integrated optimization is verified by the com- puter simulation. The simulation results of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are compared and analyzed, which shows the advantage of genetic algorithm.
