摘要
根据蔬菜种子的生理生化特性 ,研制了双行程红外辐射振动流化干燥机。根据干燥动力学方程 ,分析了既节能又可保证种子活力的干燥工艺参数 ,对褚杨蔬菜种子的干燥临界安全温度方程与 Ptitsyn谷物临界温度方程进行了比较 。
According to the physiological and biochemical characteristics of vegetable seeds, a two path infrared radiation vibra fluidized drying machine was developed. On the basis of drying dynamics equation the drying parameters which can save energy and insure seed viability were analyzed. The temperature rise rate of seed is extremely important to the viability of vegetable seeds. It is 1 1℃/min recommended in this paper. The average temperature of seeds during the experiment is 43 3℃. In order to ensure the viability of vegetable seeds, a critical safe temperature equation, Chu Yang T cv equation was established. With the equation when the initial moisture content increases by 1%, the critical temperature decreases by 0 4℃; when the drying time increases by 1 h , the critical temperature decreases by 1 3℃. In Ptitsyn equation, T cg , the critical temperature for grain, is higher than T cv by 7 7~11 9℃, therefore T cg can not ensure the viability of vegetable seeds. The T cv equation not only provides theoretical basis for drying vegetable seeds, but also has important meaning in engineering.
