选择 HIS颜色系统描述茶叶颜色 ,并对颜色描述系统模型进行了改进 ,使之能更好地模拟理想颜色模型。在此基础上对自然存储条件下不同年份生产的龙井茶的茶叶色泽和汤色进行定量测量。测量结果表明
The colors of tea and its soup are very important factors in assessing the quality of tea. This research tried to reveal the relationship between the color and the store time of tea used to determine the tea quality. The HIS color system was selected and was improved to simulate the process of tea color change. The samples of tea, which was stored under the same condition but different stored times, were taken to detect their colors of tea and soup. The results indicate that the correlation of the color detected by the computer vision and the store time is well. A set of tea quality detecting system has already been built up for auxiliary detection of manual assessment.
