The configuration mechanism and raw materials by using the vector of Siro spinning to develop high-end sock yarn,the program of mixed cotton,each step of main process,parameter optimization and product quality data were introduced. The choice of cotton,water-soluble PVA materials and mixing solutions,the countermeasure of Siro spinning process were explained. The hairiness,soft,evenness,permeability and anti-pilling of yarn met the requirements of high-end customers.
