长江中下游河势控制研究

Research on river regime control of mid and lower Yangtze River

沿长江经济带的快速发展对长江河势稳定提出了新的更高要求。而以三峡水库为核心的上游干支流控制性水库在发挥巨大综合效益的同时,清水下泄对中下游河道产生较大的影响,局部河势发生了变化,进而对防洪、航运、供水等方面带来长期的影响。针对这些负面影响,论述了长江中下游河势控制的必要性,提出了长江中下游河势控制的总体思路、河势控制工程措施与管理保障措施。

New requirement are proposed for river regime stability due to the rapid economic development in riverside areas ot the Yangtze River. The controlling reservoirs on upper Yangtze River with the Three Gorges Project at the core yield tremendous comprehensive benefits. Meanwhile, the clear water discharge will exert impacts on the middle - lower reaches in a long - term, resulting in the variation of local river regime, as well as affecting the flood control, navigation and water supply. Therefore, we discuss the necessity of river regime control of mid - lower Yangtze River, and present the general idea, engineering and management measures of the river regime control.
