摘要
应用自行设计、制造的木材高温水蒸气处理成型设备和模具.实验制作了截面为正方形的压缩整形木,对整形木材的密度分布、表面硬度、耐磨耗度等物理力学性能指标、尺寸稳定性进行了分析和评价。对较佳工艺条件进行了探讨.结果表明:压缩整形木的密度获得合理分布;表面硬度和耐磨耗度均比照素材有大幅度的提高。
This paper deals with a square compressive orthopaedy wood made in a high temperature stream treating equipment and mould designed and manufactured by ourselves. Some physico-mechanical properties such as the density distribution, the hardness of the surface. the wear and tear resistance etc. were analyzed and evaluated. The optimum condition of the process was also discussed. The result shows that the density distribution of the orthopaedy wood is reasonable. The hardness of the surface and the wear and tear resistance increase greatly than those of the solid wood.
