兴安落叶松木材超临界乙醇萃取研究 被引量:16

摘要 在间歇高压釜实验装置上,考察了温度(压力)、时间、溶木比等因子对兴安落叶松木材超临界乙醇萃取过程的影响。研究结果表明,温度是一个较关键的过程控制因子,随着温度的提高,木材热分解加剧,转化率提高.在340℃时萃取物产率最高;溶木比是另一个较重要的过程变量,随着溶木比的增加,木材转化率和萃取物产率提高:而萃取时间的影响不显著。萃取物中含较多具有愈疮木基骨架结构的酚类化合物。 In a batch autoclave experimental apparatus. the effects of temperature (pressure). time and the ratio of solvent to wood on the supercritical ethanol extraction of larch wood were mainly investigated. The results indicated that temperature was a key process control factor. wood thermal decomposition and wood conversion increased with the increasing of temperature, the extract yield had the maximum value at 340℃. The ratio of solvent to wood was another relatively important process variable. as the ratio of solvent to wood increased. wood conversion and extract yield increased. The influence of time on supercritical extraction of wood was not obvious. There are a lot of guaiacyl-type in the extract.
