摘要
组织创造力是个体、团队、组织层面创造力交互作用的多层次构念,是创新和创造力研究的一个新领域。首先基于已有研究总结组织创造力的相关定义,在此基础上对组织创造力及其相关的组织创新和组织创新能力等概念进行比较分析。然后,提出组织创造力的多层次构念,评述组织中个体、团队、组织层面创造力的测量内容与方法。最后,展望多层次组织创造力的未来研究方向。
Organizational creativity is a multi - level construct which is influenced by the interaction of creativity at the individual, team and organizational level. It is a new area for the research of creativity and innovation. First, based on the research done, this study summarizes the concepts of organizational creativity, and distinguishes organizational creativity, organization innovation and organizational innovation capabilities, which are associated with organizational creativity. Secondly, this study analyzes the concept of multi - level organizational creativity and reviews the measurement contents and methods at individual, team, organizational level of creativity in organizations. Finally, this study focuses on the future research.
