An Analysis of the Characteristics of Under-Forest Economy in Guizhou and a Study of the Countermeasures for Development

林下经济是新时期农村经济发展进程中的新生事物。文章概括了林下经济的基本内涵,分析当前贵州林下经济的发展现状,总结其典型特征,并从规模、技术、人才、管理以及设施配套等方面分析贵州发展林下经济所面临的问题。最后提出具有针对性和操作性的对策建议。

Under - forest economy is a new thing of rural economy development in the new period. This paper introduces the basic connotation on underforest economy, analyzes the current situation of this economy in Guizhou, summarizes its typical features, and analyzes the problems that Guizhou is encountering in the process of developing this economy based on its scale, technology, personnel, management and supporting facilities. Finally, some pertinent proposals for countermeasure are put forward.
