急性胰腺炎患者血浆vWF和IL-6的变化及临床意义

The Changes and Clinical Significance of Serum vWF and IL-6 in Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨急性胰腺炎患者血浆vWF因子和IL-6的变化及其临床意义。方法:应用ELISA法对重症急性胰腺炎组(24例)、轻型急性胰腺炎组(44例)及对照组(15例)血浆中的vWF因子和IL-6进行测定。结果:三组病例血浆中的vWF分别为(230.5±52.7)%、(175.8±30.3)%、(84.5±21.3)%;IL-6分别为(68.76±28.62)ng/ml、(35.95±11.56)ng/ml、(14.46±3.53)ng/ml,三组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。血浆vWF因子和IL-6预测重症AP的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别是96.7%、86.7%、91.6%和60%、90%、75%。结论:检测血浆vWF和IL-6的水平变化,对急性胰腺炎的早期诊断、病情判断和预后评估具有重要的应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum vWF and IL-6 in acute pancreatitis （AP）. Methods：The serum levels of vWF and IL-6 in 24 cases of SAP,44 cases of MAP and 15 normal controls were determined by ELtSA. Results：The vWF and IL-6 in the 24 patients with SAP was significantly higher than that in 44 patients with MAP, and the 15 healthy volunteers （P〈 0. 05）, The sensitivity, specificity, correctly classified were 96.7% 86. 7% 91. 6% for vWF, and 60%, 90%, 75% for IL-6 in assessing the severity of pancreatitis. Conclusion： The determination of serum levels of vWF and IL-6 may be valuable for early diagnosis,judgment of severity and prog- nosis of acute pancreatitis.
