摘要
针织结构增强复合材料主要分为两大类:经编针织结构增强复合材料和纬编针织结构增强复合材料。与经编针织结构增强复合材料相比,纬编针织结构增强复合材料具有更好的能量吸收性能、抗冲击性能、抗疲劳性能和成型性等,因此在各个技术领域受到人们的深入研究和应用。阐述应用在纬编针织结构增强复合材料中的增强体原料、基体材料和增强体结构,并分析纬编针织结构增强复合材料的应用和发展前景。
Knitted reintorced composites are divided into two categories: warp knitted reinforced composites and weft knitted one. Compared with warp knitted reinforced composites, weft knitted reinforced composites have better energy absorption properties, impact resistant performance, fatigue performance and good formability, etc. So they have been studied further and used in all the technical fields. This paper fo- cuses on stating the perform materials, matrix material and preform structure applied to weft knitted composites and briefly discusses the weft knitted composites' application and development prospect.
