摘要
采用乙烯基硅油、辐敏剂及SiO2纳米粉体配制不同的涂层剂对纯涤纶织物进行整理,并采用辐射技术对涂层进行固化。对涂层前后的织物进行表面形态、抗渗水性能、透湿性能、透气性能、拒水性能进行研究对比,结果表明:辐射能很好地将乙烯基硅油涂层剂固化,并在织物表面形成一层薄膜;整理后的织物抗渗水性好,拒水性强,并保持一定的透湿和透气性能。
Vinyl silicone oil, radiation sensitizer and SiO2 nano-powder were used to prepare different coating agents, used to finish the pure polyester fabric. Meanwhile, radiation curing technology was used to solidify the coating. Furthermore, the surface morphology, resistance to water penetration, water vapor permeability, air permeability and water repellency before and after coating fabric were studied and compared. The results show that radiation can solidify vinyl silicone oil coating agent well, a thin film is formed on the surface of the fabric, good resistance to water penetration and water repellency are ob- tained and a certain water vapor and air permeability are maintained.
