摘要
1 km以上超长大截面海底电缆陆地敷设在我国实例较少,文章以华德石化35 kV超长大截面海底电缆陆地段1 300 m敷设在陆地管沟内为例,通过采用牵引机中继牵引、一体式电缆桥架—滚轮支撑组等方法,成功地解决了海底电缆在陆地敷设过程中遇到的动力、阻力及同步等难题。现场检查及后期运行验证了上述措施的可行及有效性。
There are a few land laying examples of extra long(over 1 km) submarine cables with big diameter in China. Huade Petrochemical Co. has succeeded in such a land laying of a 35 kV submarine cable with a length of 1 300 m. Applying a traction engine for relayed drawing and an integral cable bridge frame– trolley support set, the problems of dynamic force, resistance and synchronization in laying operation are resolved. Field check and commissioning verify that this land laying method is feasible and effective.
