摘要 塔中油田地处塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地,在进行注水单井设计时需遵循流程简便、可靠的原则,使用高水平的自动化控制技术实现无人值守,需考虑特殊的气候条件给长期平稳运行带来的影响。文章结合塔中油田已投运的3口注水单井,介绍了注水工艺流程的设计、自动化控制的设计、沙漠地区特殊气候条件对注水工艺设计的影响等。目前塔中油田小区块注水单井所采用的工艺设计均可以满足注水要求。 Tazhong Oilfield is located in hinterland of Takelamagan Desert, where the design principle of simple and reliable process flow is required, and the application of unattended high-level automatic control technology need to consider the effect of special weather conditions on long-term steady operation. Associated with three single water injection wells put into production in Tazhong Oilfield, this paper introduces the design of water injection process flow, the design of automatic control and the effect of special desert weather conditions on water injection process design. At present, the process design of single water injection well for small blocks of Tazhong Oilfield satisfies water injection requirement without exception.
