Review of Technological Development of China Warp Knitting Industry

简述了世界经编机的起源和历史,从建国初期阶段、批量引进经编设备阶段、以Z303型经编机大量使用为特征的发展小高潮阶段,以及经编机引进高潮阶段等四个阶段。回顾了我国经编业的发展历史,并阐述了各个阶段时期经编机的技术特点和应用情况,且重点介绍了我国经编机的发展状况,包括高速经编机、贾卡经编机、花边机、双针床经编机、轴向经编机、分段整经机等方面。另外,还回顾了我国经编理论和技术科学研究情况。

This paper reviews the origin and history of the world warp knitting machine, including early years of new China, batch introduction periods, small climax periods characterized by the usage of Z303 style warp knitting machine, and the high climax periods of introduction. It introduces the development process of domestic warp indus- try, and also presents the technological characteristics and applications during all stages, as well as the development of the warp knitting machine in china, including high-speed warp knitting machine, jacquard warp knitting ma- chine, lace machine,double-bed warp knitting machine, axial warp knitting machine and sectional warping and so on. The domestic warp knitting theories and the scientific and technological research are also reviewed.
