Review of Technological Development of the Flat Knitting Machine

回顾了针织横机的起源、历史以及发展过程,阐述了40多年来电脑横机的技术发展情况,主要包括电子单针选针、全功能电脑横机、整体服装编织技术、嵌花横机、多针距技术、复合针电脑横机、无机头电脑横机,重点介绍了国产针织横机从手摇横机到电脑横机的技术进步的发展状况,指出目前国产电脑横机在基本功能上达到了世界先进水平,但在"织可穿"技术、多针床技术、复合针技术等方面与世界先进水平仍存在差距,有待于进一步开发和研究。

This paper reviews the origin, history and development process of flat knitting machine, and mainly presents the technological development of computerized i3at knitting machine in recent 40 years,including electronie individual needle selection, fully functional computerized flat knitting machine, fully-fashioned knitting technology, intarsia flat knitting machine, multi-gauge technology and compound needle computerized flat knitting machine and so on, and also introduces the technological progress process from hand-driven to computerized flat knitting machine in china. It can be seen that basic function of domestic computerized flat knitting machine has reached advanced world level, while the knit and wear technology, multi-gauge technology and compound needle technology also have same gap, which need further development and research.
